In 2019 I had nasal surgery. My complaint was I couldn’t smell and my sinuses stayed congested. I believed the congestion was also part of why my speech was so nasal. After surgery I was advised to do saline a rinse twice a day. Eventually my sense of smell returned. 4 weeks ago Alisa introduced me to the Salt Cave experience. She shared with me testimonials from some of her clients. The testimonials convinced me to give it a try. I tried the medium level experience. While walking from Alisa’s Salt Cave experience back to my car I was talking with some folks. While talking I realized my speech wasn’t nasally and my breathing was clearer. The Salt Cave experience supplemented the saline rinse I did later that day. The Salt Cave experience is now a routine for maintaining a clear sense of smell and clearer speech. The Nia was excellent for me. Since I have dry & sensitive skin, the Nia provided a gentle enough scrub to exfoliate my dry skin cells without hurting me. The oil was very effective in keeping my skin from drying out, & the pleasant floral scent was a great bonus! Absolutely perfect for me!
